Old South Farm Museum Farm Camp Fee Cancellation Policy

No cancellation fee if you cancel before 30 days prior to scheduled camp date. A $25 fee per person if you cancel less than 30 days prior to scheduled cam date. Old South Farm will need guaranteed counts 7 days prior to scheduled camp. There will be a $30 per person charge for space reserved for not showing. Cabin assignments will be based on guaranteed numbers. We need 10 campers to constitute a session. Payment is expected prior to arrival. Dates can be changed. Please phone to confirm dates. Notification by email and phone welcome.
